Justworx Renewal Codes (for End-of-Term SIM renewals)

If your SIM data term is nearing expiry or has already expired, you will need an 8-digit Renewal Code to reactivate your SIM and renew it for a new term.

Once purchased online, your Renewal Code is automatically emailed to you.
To apply it, simply log into the Justworx Portal (the same place you activated your SIM), enter the 8-digit code, and select your new data term.

Choosing the Correct Data Plan

Before selecting your renewal term, review your previous usage and consider future requirements. Justworx offers plans from 10MB to 100MB per month.
Important: once a data plan is selected, it cannot be changed later.

Renewal Codes vs Top-Up Data

Renewal Codes: (this product)

• Required when your SIM’s term has expired or is about to expire
• Used to renew the SIM for a new multi-year term

Top-Up data & SMS Bundles:

• Used only when you have exceeded your data allocation but within your selected term (2 to 30 years depending on plan)

Validity Requirements

Justworx Renewal Codes, Top-Up Data and SMS Bundles work only on Justworx 2.0 SIM cards beginning with 8935.

If your SIM number begins with 8944, it is an older version and must be upgraded.

Log onto the Justworx portal to check the your SIM card status:

If you see “Upgrade to Justworx 2.0”, the SIM card must be replaced with a Justworx 2.0 SIM Card.
