Our Return Policy
14 Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products you purchase through our store with the exception of Justworx SIM cards, Justworx Renewal Codes and Justworx SMS / Top-Up data. You can return your purchases for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability), excluding shipping costs however once the 14 days have lapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
No Guarantee and No Refund Policy for Justworx Products
As Surveila Technologies resells Justworx IoT SIM cards, top-up data, SMS bundles and renewal codes, we do not provide any guarantees or refunds for these products. The performance and availability of these products are subject to the services provided by third-party cellular and communication networks, over which Surveila Technologies has no control.
In cases where network failures, service interruptions or other issues occur due to third-party network providers, including situations such as bankruptcy or service cessation, Surveila Technologies will not be liable for any financial losses or other damages experienced by the customer. The customer acknowledges and agrees that all risks associated with network services are assumed by the end user.

Warranty Period
All items carry a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise specified) which will be honoured by Surveila Technologies. All items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded, depending on stock and availability. Products will require evaluation by Surveila Technologies, it’s Suppliers or Importers before a warranty claim can be accepted.
Please contact us or send an email sales@surveila.co.za should you need to return an item. We do not reimburse your shipping fee to us.
The warranty will no longer be valid and Surveila Technologies will not be held responsible for damage or injury of any kind resulting from:
- Electricity fluctuations and surges, lightning strikes, faults in the building wiring, faulty installations and improper use of controls,
- Failure to use the product in accordance with the operating instructions and / or general misuse and / or abuse,
- Damage caused by a superior force (vis major) or if the product has been infested with insects or pests,
- If the product is physically damaged after it left the store,
- If water or liquid caused the damage to the product,
- If the warranty seal is tampered with,
- Any repair or tampering by an unauthorised person or attempt to repair or tamper with the equipment, or use of parts not supplied by authorised agents, or alterations or modifications to the equipment shall render the warranty null and void.
Return And Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Surveila Technologies is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Surveila Technologies will refund the client in full within 7 days of approval of refund. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
Refunds are subject to inspection of the item(s) and is subject to being unused and in brand new condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow a few days for the internal and banking process.
If you are shipping an item over R500, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us or send us an email at sales@surveila.co.za to make the necessary arrangements.
