Registration & Activation
Register your Webbing SIM to activate mobile data connectivity for a compatible alarm, tracker, 4G camera, router or other connected device.
If you chose to activate after delivery, complete the form below when you are ready. Your prepaid two- or three-year service term starts on activation.
Already activated? Renew your existing SIM
Before you begin
- Your SIM ICCIDFind the full 20-digit number printed on the SIM card or its packaging.
- Your registration emailUse the same email if you already have Webbing SIMs registered with Surveila.
- Your purchased bundleCheck whether you purchased the 2-year / 2,400 MB or 3-year / 1,440 MB bundle.
Activate when ready
Choose when to request activation. Your service term starts on activation.
Allow approximately 24 hours
Activation requests are processed on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Register multiple SIMs
Use the form’s Add option to register additional SIMs together.
Register your Webbing SIM
Enter your contact details and the ICCID for each SIM to be activated. Check all SIM numbers and your registration email carefully before submitting.

Set up your compatible cellular device using the settings below. These are usually found under Mobile Network or Cellular Data.
