Webbing SIM Card – Service Term Renewal

Renew your Webbing SIM’s prepaid connectivity for another two or three years with a fresh data allowance and standard platform fees included for the selected term.

Your existing SIM card and data usage link remain in place. Simply select your renewal bundle and enter your SIM’s ICCID number.

Choose your renewal bundle:

• 2 Years – 2,400 MB: Includes 2,400 MB of data and 24 months of prepaid platform service.
• 3 Years – 1,440 MB: Includes 1,440 MB of data and 36 months of prepaid platform service.

Each bundle provides a total data allowance for the selected term, not a monthly allocation. No additional standard platform fees are payable during that term.

When Should You Renew?

Service term approaching expiry? Renew your two- or three-year connectivity package to continue using your Webbing SIM.

Running low on data? If your SIM’s service term is still active, simply purchase additional data instead. Running out of data does not require an early service-term renewal.

What happens to unused data?

• Unused starter data expires at the end of its original service term.
• Unused additional data carries over when you renew provided it is still within its 24-month validity period.
• Previously purchased additional data retains its original expiry date after renewal.

Important: An active SIM service term and available data are both required for connectivity.

How to Renew Your SIM

1. Select your preferred 2-year or 3-year renewal bundle.
2. Enter the complete 20-digit ICCID number of your existing Webbing SIM, starting with 8985235.
3. Select the optional annual Static IP service if required or due for renewal.
4. Complete your order, and Surveila will arrange the renewal for your existing SIM.

No physical SIM card is supplied. This renewal service is available for eligible Webbing SIM cards registered with Surveila.

Your existing data usage link will continue to provide access to your usage information. Advanced Webbing Management Portal access can also be arranged for customers managing multiple SIMs or requiring supported portal-to-device SMS functionality.
